Dr. Majd Alsamman is a Board-Certified psychiatrist with over 30 years of clinical experience, currently serving as the Medical Director at National Psychiatry. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Alsamman has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing mental health care through both leadership and direct patient care.

His background includes extensive work in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, with a track record of success as Medical Director at institutions such as Shorepoint Health and Suncoast Behavioral Inpatient. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of psychiatric conditions, and he is particularly recognized for his work in chronic mental illness management, bipolar disorder treatment, and cognitive therapy.

Sara Maus is a healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience driving
efficiency, collaboration, and patient-centered care across the post-acute continuum. As
Director of Operations and Business Development at Prestige Outpatient
Providers/National Psychiatry, she oversees clinical and administrative functions that
support providers serving skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation, assisted living,
and memory care communities throughout Florida.Guided by a deep commitment to servant leadership, Sara believes that empowering those
on the front lines of care is the most impactful way to enhance outcomes and elevate the
patient experience.

Sara earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Friends University and holds a
Bachelor’s in Sociology and Psychology from Wichita State University.
Based in Naples, Florida, Sara is passionate about operational excellence, team
development, and advancing high-quality care for aging and vulnerable populations. She
remains active in Florida’s post-acute and behavioral health communities and enjoys
connecting with fellow healthcare professionals to share best practices and celebrate
frontline success.
When she’s not working, Sara treasures spending time with her husband and their four
wonderful children, enjoying family adventures, beach days, and the simple joy of being
together.

Rhiguetty holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and earned both her Bachelor’s and Associate degrees in Nursing from Rasmussen College. She began her healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2007 and has since devoted her practice to improving mental health outcomes across the continuum of care.

In her current role, Rhiguetty provides psychiatric care in post-acute and long-term care facilities, where she partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
