Sara earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Friends University and holds a
Bachelor’s in Sociology and Psychology from Wichita State University.
Based in Naples, Florida, Sara is passionate about operational excellence, team
development, and advancing high-quality care for aging and vulnerable populations. She
remains active in Florida’s post-acute and behavioral health communities and enjoys
connecting with fellow healthcare professionals to share best practices and celebrate
frontline success.
When she’s not working, Sara treasures spending time with her husband and their four
wonderful children, enjoying family adventures, beach days, and the simple joy of being
together.

Known for her calm demeanor and patient-first approach, Rhiguetty is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate complex mental and physical health challenges with dignity. She approaches each encounter with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a belief in treating the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

Rhiguetty holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and earned both her Bachelor’s and Associate degrees in Nursing from Rasmussen College. She began her healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2007 and has since devoted her practice to improving mental health outcomes across the continuum of care.

In her current role, Rhiguetty provides psychiatric care in post-acute and long-term care facilities, where she partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

Vanessa’s ability to adapt seamlessly between fast-paced hospital environments and the nuanced needs of facility-based care makes her an invaluable member of any behavioral health team. Her calm demeanor, strong clinical judgment, and collaborative spirit foster effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families alike.

Fluent in English, Haitian Creole, and French, Vanessa brings cultural sensitivity and a patient-centered approach to her work, ensuring that each individual’s unique background and needs are respected and addressed.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and holds active memberships in the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Haitian American Nurses Association.

Graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing from St. Thomas University in 2023, Carlin combines her advanced training with extensive hands-on experience. She has worked in diverse clinical environments including acute care hospitals, hospice, and behavioral health, demonstrating a broad skill set that spans psychiatric assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Carlin is highly skilled in psychopharmacology, suicide risk assessment, and trauma-informed care. Her ability to think critically under pressure and communicate effectively ensures high-quality care, while her leadership qualities inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.

Committed to advancing mental health outcomes, Carlin serves as a vital asset in both hospital and post-acute care environments, bringing clinical excellence, empathy, and dedication to every patient she serves.

Keisha’s clinical expertise encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. She employs a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and respect, ensuring each patient receives personalized care that supports long-term recovery and improved quality of life.

Her strong nursing background, which includes critical care and emergency response, enhances her ability to manage complex cases with confidence and precision. Keisha is adept at working within interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote holistic mental wellness and facilitate smooth transitions between care settings.

Passionate about advancing mental health outcomes, Keisha combines clinical excellence with exceptional communication skills and patient advocacy to empower individuals and families throughout their mental health journeys. Evah holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health from Herzing University, where she graduated with honors. Her clinical foundation includes more than five years of direct nursing experience, including roles as a charge nurse in psychiatric hospitals, behavioral health facilities, and rehabilitation centers. She has provided care to diverse populations across the lifespan–including adults, pediatrics, and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities– while also gaining expertise in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and trauma-informed care.

Fluent in both English and Creole, Evah is dedicated to breaking down barriers in mental health access and creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment for her patients. She advocates for patient autonomy and well-being, striving to empower individuals through empathy, education, and collaborative treatment planning.

With experience in high-acuity behavioral health settings, Marc is skilled at performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning. He has a proven track record of fostering safe, therapeutic environments that support recovery and promote mental wellness.

Currently practicing at Comprehensive Health in Yakima, Washington, Marc provides medication management, coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, and implements safety plans tailored to individual patient needs. His background includes managing seclusion and restraint protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while prioritizing patient dignity and safety.

Marc earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is completing his Master of Science in Nursing at Herzing University. Certified in CPR, ACLS, and CPI, he combines clinical competence with compassionate care to support patients navigating complex psychiatric challenges.

Lana has provided psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy for diverse patient populations across Florida, New Jersey, and New York. She is known for her ability to build rapport with patients and families, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and support continuity of care across transitions. Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, she is attuned to the cultural and linguistic needs of the communities she serves.

Prior to entering psychiatry, Lana practiced as a surgical and operating room nurse, contributing to her broad clinical insight and attention to safety and quality standards in healthcare delivery.

She currently provides care in post-acute and long-term care settings as part of a collaborative behavioral health team, where she is committed to improving mental health outcomes for aging and medically complex populations.
